Customs or Import Duties
Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Address
It is the Buyer's responsibility to check that the shipping address is updated and correct. If a package is returned to the sender because of an incomplete address, the buyer will have to pay the shipping fee again for a resend of the package.
Please make sure the address is updated and full including apt # if necessary.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges - But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
There are no returns on the artistic mirrors - "Reflectorz". These items are made to order and are made especially for you when you buy them - thank you for your understanding! This design item and material is sensitive, an item that has been accepted and opened out of its' protective seal cannot be sold again.
Another reason is because of high shipping prices and in some cases import taxes, it is not economic to ship this back for the customer either.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time of purchase.
Our items are made to order and productions starts when you place your order. If there is an issue please contact us to resolve the matter.
